These terms govern your use of Stay in Your Lane (the "Game"), operated by REKWANE WAGNER LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Game.
You must be 18 or older to use the Game. By playing, you confirm that you are. We may terminate any account we believe belongs to a minor.
Chips are a play-money game feature with no real-world value. Chips cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, exchanged, transferred between players, or converted into cash, cryptocurrency, goods, or prizes of any kind.
Purchasing chips buys a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them inside the Game. It does not buy property, currency, or any legal right of ownership. This is not gambling, and no prize of value can be won.
We may adjust chip balances, pack contents, prices, or the free-refill amount at any time. Chips have no value on account closure or if the Game is discontinued, and no compensation is owed.
All chip purchases are final and non-refundable. Chips are a consumable digital good delivered immediately on purchase. By buying, you consent to immediate delivery and waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation where the law allows that waiver.
Payments are processed by Whop. Their terms apply to the transaction itself. We do not receive or store your card details.
If chips do not arrive after a completed payment, contact us and we will credit them. That is the extent of our obligation.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done under your account. One account per person. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
You agree not to: use bots, scripts, or automation; exploit bugs to gain chips; attempt to modify chip balances or interfere with the Game's systems; buy, sell, or trade accounts or chips outside the Game; or use the Game unlawfully.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, including forfeiture of any chip balance, purchased or otherwise.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or preserved indefinitely. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Game is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated version. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
